KING OF PRUSSIA, PA—June 20, 2000--Manette Richardson, RD, CDE, director of nutrition services at Eggland's Best, Inc., the leading developer of nutritionally superior, patented* eggs, was elected president of the Pennsylvania Dietetic Association.

As president of this 3,400-member group, Richardson will oversee the activities of this organization, which include providing counsel on licensure of dietitians, public health and welfare issues, food safety and nutrition.

At Eggland's Best, Richardson is responsible for directing nutrition education programs for the company's nutritionally superior egg to consumers, food industry professionals, the media and health organizations.

Richardson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and has been a certified diabetic educator since 1987.
