Elena Parks is a member of the Eggland's Best Digital Marketing team, and oversees recipe development and testing in the Eggland's Best test kitchen.
Her passion for food, cooking, and travel gives her inspiration in creating recipes, and she enjoys sharing her culinary expertise with Eggland's Best consumers through the ever-growing EB recipe catalog.
"I learned how to bake in my grandmother's kitchen. I was very young when she taught me how to cook and bake, and she instilled in me the importance of using the best and freshest ingredients. Even in my college days when I was on a tight budget, I spared no expense for the highest quality ingredients, like Eggland's Best eggs when making my cookies or cakes. Today, they're the only eggs we use at home and always have at least 2 dozen in the fridge for quiches, cakes, and our Sunday morning omelets."
Elena has a BA in Journalism from Penn State University, and attends baking and cooking classes regularly to perfect her techniques in the kitchen.
