How can I get omega-3 DHA into my child’s diet?
Children need DHA, an omega-3 fat that promotes brain development and vision. Seafood is one of the best sources of omega-3 fats, but kids often don't eat the recommended amount. Serve children Eggland's Best eggs, which have twice the DHA of regular eggs.
