What are vitamin-D rich foods you recommend and provide your family?

Vitamin D-rich foods include fortified milk and juice, salmon, and tuna. Two Eggland's Best eggs supply 160 International Units (IU) of vitamin D, which is nearly one-third of what you and your child needs for the day.
