On Friday, July 31, 2009, Cathe Friedrich welcomed 105 Road Trip Cathletes from all over the world to their facility in Glassboro, New Jersey. They had a fun and action packed weekend, including six Cathe classes. From the Friday Kick-Off Workout to the Sunday Goodbye Breakfast, there was positive energy in the air. After the event, Cathe said, “A HUGE AND WARM THANK YOU to all of our 2009 Road Trippers! What a fun and motivating bunch of Cathletes you are! Super charged with enthusiasm from the word go, how inspiring! It was such a great pleasure to meet each and every one of you this weekend. I hope to see you at another Roadtrip in YOUR area this year!”
