Heat oven to 450°F. Grease or line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
Press pizza dough into 15×10-inch rectangle. Cut into 4 (7×5-inch rectangles).
Place 1 slice cheese onto half of each piece of dough.
Top each with 1/3 cup scrambled eggs, 1/4 crumbled bacon and 1 slice cheese. Fold dough over filling, aligning edges. Press edges with fork to seal.
Place onto prepared pan. Brush tops with egg; cut 2 slits in top with sharp knife.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
