Mamma's Egg Salad
Honey adds a light sweetness to this great egg salad recipe!

10 mins Yield: 12 servings
- 12 Eggland's Best eggs, hard-cooked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (vegan if preferred)
- 1/2 cup plain mustard (organic if preferred)
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet relish
- 1 tablespoon honey
Hard cook eggs; cool and peel.
Chop eggs and blend with mayonnaise, mustard, relish and honey.
Chill overnight, or for several hours before serving (this will allow the flavors to blend together).
Serve on your favorite bread.
