Ham & Swiss Quiche

Delicious quiche that packs a punch with lots of healthy spinach in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Pie Crust (9" - unbaked)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups Swiss Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 box Frozen Spinach
  • 1 cup Cooked Ham, diced
  • 3/4 cup Light Cream (or Fat Free Half-and-Half)
  • 3 Eggland's Best Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Ready in 55 minutes, recipe by Mary Crissy

Preparation

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Defrost spinach and squeeze out all water.
  • Layer crust with 1/2 of the Swiss cheese, then add ham and spinach.  Put on remainder of Swiss.
  • Whisk eggs, cream, and mustard, then pour over top of all.
  • Bake 45 minutes.
