Preparation
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Defrost spinach and squeeze out all water.
- Layer crust with 1/2 of the Swiss cheese, then add ham and spinach. Put on remainder of Swiss.
- Whisk eggs, cream, and mustard, then pour over top of all.
- Bake 45 minutes.
