Eggland’s Best "Your Best Recipe" Contest - Grand Prize $10,000!

Eggland's Best is looking for the best, most delicious recipes from your kitchens that celebrate Eggland's Best eggs. Whether it's your tasty quiche recipe, your melt-in-your-mouth cookies, or the dinner your family asks you to make over and over again, EB wants to know - what is "Your Best Recipe" using Eggland's Best eggs.

You may enter up to 2 recipes in each of the following 4 categories:

• Breakfast
• Appetizer
• Main Course
• Dessert

One winner will be selected from each category and will be awarded $1000!

One Grand Prize winner will be selected among those 4 winners for a prize of $10,000!

All recipes must be original recipes, and include at least 2 Eggland's Best eggs.

Recipes will be judged by a panel of culinary and nutrition experts led by Chef Candice Kumai, and Registered Dietician Elizabeth Ward, and YOU! That's right! The best 5 recipes from each category will be displayed on the Eggland's Best website for our Semi-Finalist Voting Round in September. Votes from our Semi-Finalist round will be calculated as part of the total score of each recipe.

Contest Details & Rules:

• Contest entry period begins Monday, May 7, 2012.
• Contest entry deadline is Sunday, August 12, 2012.
• Entrants may submit up to two recipes in each of the 4 categories (eight total recipes per entrant).
• Online voting period will take place from Thursday, September 20, 2012 through Sunday, September 30, 2012.
• All recipes must be original.
• All recipes must include a minimum of 2 Eggland's Best eggs.
