She gave us so many good (not to mention delicious and nutritious) ideas for how to balance the busy and healthy life that she seems to rock effortlessly. Snacking on-the-go can be one of the hardest times to eat healthily. Ashley’s DIY snack pack of turkey, cheddar cheese, almonds, veggies, and EB Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs makes snacking look easy, nutritious, AND delicious all at the same time. Definitely not an easy feat…

For a busy girl, time is a precious commodity. So keeping things quick and easy yet still delicious when it comes to cooking is always the goal and Ashley’s salmon burgers definitely fit the bill!

The cooking time for this recipe is less than 20 minutes! Mix 1lb salmon, 2 Eggland’s Best Large Eggs, 1/2c bread crumbs, cilantro, garlic, ginger, and a little mustard in a bowl. Form into patties and cook in a pan. While those are sizzling up, combine 2 EB egg yolks and sriracha (to taste) and slowly whip together with ¼ cup olive oil until creamy to create the spicy aioli. Voila and enjoy!
