What you’ll need –
- 4 Eggland’s Best Eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Frying Pan
Beat 4 EB eggs, ¼ cup milk, and salt & pepper (to taste) in a bowl.
Heat 2 teaspoons of butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot. Reduce to medium-low.
Pour in egg mixture and gently pull the eggs across the pan as they start to set. Continue cooking until eggs thicken, but are still moist.
