Blueberry Banana Recovery
Try this delicious, protein-packed smoothie from Cathe Friedrich!
Make This Recipe
- 1/3 cup Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- I small to medium banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- A handful of ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender in whichever order you choose.
Then blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
*depending on the power of your blender you may choose to add the ice once food ingredients are partially blended.*
