EB Blueberry Banana Muscle Recovery Smoothie

  • 1/3 cup Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • I small to medium banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • A handful of ice cubes


Combine all ingredients in a blender in whichever order you choose.

Then blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
