Loaded with healthy anti-inflammatory ingredients to start your day off right!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Egglands Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • small handful ice cubes

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender in whichever order you choose.

Then blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy! 

 *depending on the power of your blender you may choose to add the ice once food ingredients are partially blended

Options:

Add the other 1/2 banana for added sweetness 

Increase ginger slightly for more spice

 Use frozen banana in place of ice cubes if you prefer your smoothie more concentrated.
