Ingredients

3 Eggland’s Best Hard-Cooked Peeled eggs, finely chopped

1 cup shredded carrots

2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels

1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

2 flour tortillas (8 inch)

Preparation

  1. COMBINE all ingredients except tortillas.
  2. SPREAD egg salad evenly onto tortillas; roll up tightly. Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
  3. REFRIGERATE 30 min.
  4. UNWRAP roll-ups; cut each into 6 pieces to serve.

Shortcut: If you don't want to shred the carrots yourself, you can instead purchase already-shredded carrots. Look for them in the produce section of your supermarket. If those shreds are too large, just chop them before using as directed.
