Ingredients

1 stick + 2 tbsp unsalted butter

6 ounces semisweet chocolate

1 cup sugar

2 Eggland's Best eggs, large

1 Eggland's Best egg yolk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup dark chocolate chips

6oz raspberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Chop 4 ounces of semisweet chocolate into small pieces. Place in bowl with softened butter, and melt on stove over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat let cool to room temperature.
  4. Add vanilla extract and egg yolk to the mixture, followed by sugar. Mix well.
  5. Add in flour and cocoa, and mix well.
  6. Lastly, mix in Dark Chocolate Chips & raspberries.
