2 Eggland's Best Eggs, large

1 Brownie mix

1/3 cup Vegetable oil

2 Tbsp Water

24 Almonds

24 oz Bright White Candy Melt

3 Tbsp Vegetable oil

Black decorating gel

Pink decorating gel


Brownie Donuts:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Mix together Eggland's Best eggs, brownie mix, vegetable oil, and water
  3. Pour into donut pan, evenly, 3-inch diameter donut pan is recommended (batter is enough for exactly 12 donuts)
  4. Bake for 25 minutes
  5. Rest for 30 minutes


  1. Melt candy melts
  2. Mix in vegetable oil to thin it out
  3. Push 2 almonds in each donut as ears
  4. Dip donuts in candy melts
  5. Rest for 5 minutes
  6. Decorate eyes, nose, and ears with black and pink decorating gel
