Easy Everything Toast
Bring a basic avocado toast to the next level by adding nutritious Eggland's Best eggs, creamy protein-packed Greek yogurt, and savory everything bagel seasoning! This recipe is very filling because it's made with high protein and nutritious ingredients.

2 light rye bread slices
2 Eggland's Best eggs, large
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 Hass avocado
1/2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
1 Tbsp olive oil
- Heat a pan to medium heat and toast both sides of each bread slice, then set aside on a plate.
- Coat the same pan with olive oil and break both eggs separately, cook "sunny side up" style for about 3 minutes or to taste. In the meantime, layer mashed avocado and Greek yogurt on each toast.
- Once the eggs are ready, top each toast with one egg.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over each toast. Serve immediately.
