Bring a basic avocado toast to the next level by adding nutritious Eggland's Best eggs, creamy protein-packed Greek yogurt, and savory everything bagel seasoning! This recipe is very filling because it's made with high protein and nutritious ingredients.

2 light rye bread slices

2 Eggland's Best eggs, large

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 Hass avocado

1/2 tsp everything bagel seasoning

1 Tbsp olive oil


  1. Heat a pan to medium heat and toast both sides of each bread slice, then set aside on a plate.
  2. Coat the same pan with olive oil and break both eggs separately, cook "sunny side up" style for about 3 minutes or to taste. In the meantime, layer mashed avocado and Greek yogurt on each toast.
  3. Once the eggs are ready, top each toast with one egg.
  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over each toast. Serve immediately.
