Ingredients

1/2 cup Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites

1/3 cup skim milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

8 slices whole-grain bread

Preparation

  1. Spray a 12-inch non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine egg whites, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon and mix well.
  3. Coat each slice of bread evenly on each side with egg white mixture; place in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown; repeat with remaining bread.
  4. Serve with your favorite syrup or fruit and enjoy!
