Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
Spoon out yolks and mash.
Stir in mayonaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly.
Place whole olive on yolk for the eyeball.
Refrigerate until ready to serve!
