Looking for a patriotic breakfast for the 4th of July? Try this French Toast on a Stick made with Eggland's Best Eggs! These are so fun and easy, it's a treat the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients

1/3 cup almond milk

2 Large Eggland's Best eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp cinnamon

4 slices of bread

8 strawberries, stems removed and sliced

1/4 cup blueberries

2 bananas, sliced into 1/2 inch coins

Special equipment:

4 wooden skewers

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon.
  2. Dip the bread in the mixture to coat each side.
  3. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat and cook the bread for 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  4. Skewer the French Toast cubes, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas and serve with maple syrup for dipping.
