Ham & Swiss Quiche
Delicious quiche that packs a punch with lots of healthy spinach in every bite.
Make This Recipe
- 1 Frozen Pie Crust (9" - unbaked)
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups Swiss Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 box Frozen Spinach
- 1 cup Cooked Ham, diced
- 3/4 cup Light Cream (or Fat Free Half-and-Half)
- 3 Eggland's Best Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Defrost spinach and squeeze out all water.
Layer crust with 1/2 of the Swiss cheese, then add ham and spinach. Put on remainder of Swiss.
Whisk eggs, cream, and mustard, then pour over top of all.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until eggs are set. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.
