Start your morning by cracking into freshness with this Eggland's Best omelet.

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggland's Best Eggs (large)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch chopped parsley, as desired
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Preparation

Mix eggs with fork.

Add butter or spray to frying pan and bring to medium heat.

Add eggs. As eggs are cooking, take fresh spinach and place in bottom of a bowl or plate.

Chop fresh tomatoes and measure out your choice of cheese.

Check eggs and flip when ready. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.

When eggs are ready, slide them onto the plate on top of the spinach.

Top with cheese, then tomatoes, then herbs.
