Try these deviled eggs topped with capers!

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggland's Best Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Italian seasoning

Preparation

Halve each hard cooked egg, placing the yolk into a food processor.

Add all of the remaining ingredients to the food processor and puree until smooth.

Place the egg filling into a large plastic bag, snip the corner off, and then fill each hard-boiled egg white with the smooth filling.

Sprinkle the eggs with Italian seasoning, and place a caper on top of each for decoration!
