Ingredients

  • 2 Eggland's Best eggs, hard cooked
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, fat-free
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 3-4 olives, diced
  • 1 dash pepper

Preparation

Hard cook eggs; cool and peel.

Mash eggs and Greek yogurt together with a large fork or pastry blender.

Add cilantro, sriracha, olives and pepper; mix well.

Serve with your favorite crackers or on bread as a sandwich.
