2 cup all-purpose flour

1 can of pumpkin puree

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

3 tbsp cold espresso

3/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

4 Eggland's Best eggs, large

1 cup oil

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice


  1. Preheat the oven at 350°F.
  2. Grease a 10inch bundt Pan. Now mix all the dry ingredients.
  3. In another bowl add egg, sugar, oil and pumpkin puree and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk until combined and transfer to the greased bundt and bake for 35-40 mins.
