Make This Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Whole Milk

1/2 Cup Butter

1 teaspoon salt

2 1/2 Cups Tapioca Flour

2 Eggland’s Best eggs, large

1 1/2 Cups Freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Combine milk, butter, and salt into a medium saucepan and place over high heat. When mixture comes to a boil, remove from heat, and stir in tapioca flour until fully incorporated. Transfer mixture to a mixing bowl of an electric stand mixer and let cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Using the paddle attachment, mix on medium-low speed. Add in the Eggland’s Best eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
  4. Add the cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. Drop rounded, 1/4 cup-sized balls of the mixture onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until the tops are lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
