3 Eggland’s Best Eggs

1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix

1 container of vanilla frosting

1/4 cup of vegetable oil

1 1/4 cups of water

1 bag of white chocolate chips

4 tbs of red glitter

1 tbs of butter for greasing pan


  1. Add Red Velvet Cake Mix to a large bowl. Add in 3 Eggland’s Best Eggs, vegetable oil and water. Mix until smooth with a hand blender or durable whisk. Pour mixture into one 13” x 9” greased pan or two 9” greased pans. Bake for 30-35 mins in 13” x 9” pan, or bake for 25-30 mins with 9” pans.
  2. Once baked, remove from oven and cool. Grab a fork and graze through cake until it is fully crumbled. Add a few spoonfuls of vanilla frosting to crumbles and mix until mixture can form shape. Use a tiny ice cream scoop, and roll mixture into small balls. For extra firmness, freeze cake bites for 1 hour.
  3. Now, melt the bag of white chocolate chips, and add each cake bite into the melted chocolate. Cover the entire cake bite and transfer to cooling rack. Immediately, sprinkle red glitter to each cake bite (it is important to cover with glitter immediately before melted chocolate becomes hard/dry).
