Rosemary Whiskey Sour made with Rosemary Simple Syrup and Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites. It's a holiday cocktail you can make at home to impress your friends and family! EB egg whites are pasteurized, making them safe to consume out of the carton. They are also responsible for the layer of foam resting gently at the top of a cocktail!

Ingredients

2 oz. Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites ⁠

2 oz. of your favorite bourbon or whiskey ⁠

1 c Sugar ⁠

1 c Water ⁠

Rosemary Sprigs ⁠

1 oz. Lemon ⁠

3 drops Bitters

Preparation

  1. Combine 2 oz bourbon or whiskey, 1 oz Rosemary simple syrup, and 1 oz Lemon Juice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
  3. Strain ice and add 2 oz Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites. Dry shake for 1 minute.
  4. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a Rosemary sprig and 3 drops of bitters and enjoy! ⁠

Recipe Notes: The longer you dry shake the mixture, the more frothy the Eggland's Best 100% egg whites will become, making for a more beautiful presentation! Eggland's Best Egg Whites are pasteurized, so they are safe to use right out of the carton in beverages!
