Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 Eggland's Best Egg (large)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Preparation

Preheat a skillet over medium low heat.

In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Once combined, add in all the wet ingredients and mix.

Turn the heat up on the skillet to medium and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour about a tablespoon of batter onto the skillet and repeat until fill.

Wait until small bubbles appear on the top of the pancakes, then flip.

Cook for another minute and serve.

Keep respraying the skillet until all the batter is cooked.
