Ingredients
2 ready-to-use baked pizza crusts (8 inch)
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend, divided
3/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled, divided
3 Eggland's Best eggs, large, beaten
3/4 cup loosely packed baby spinach leaves, chopped
Preparation
- HEAT oven to 425ºF.
- PLACE pizza crusts in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; brush with dressing.
- SPRINKLE evenly with 3/4 cup cheese; top with mushrooms and half the bacon.
- DRIZZLE eggs slowly over pizzas; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- BAKE 14 to 16 min. or until edges of crusts are golden brown and eggs are set, topping with spinach and remaining bacon for the last 2 min.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a fresh fruit salad.
Substitute: Prepare using KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
