Taco Deviled Eggs

- 6 Eggland's Best Eggs (large), boiled, cooled, and peeled
- 1-2 Tb Sour Cream
- 1 Small Tomato, chopped
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Taco Cheese Blend
- 1 tsp Favorite Taco Seasoning Blend
- Shredded Lettuce to serve (optional)
Slice eggs in half and gently pop the yolks out into a bowl.
Using a fork mix in sour cream to make a paste (add more or less to get your preferred consistency).
Mix in tomato, onion, cheese, and taco seasonings.
Spoon mixture into eggs.
Serve over a bed of shredded lettuce and enjoy!
