These cheesy egg-filled breakfast tacos made with onions, tomatoes & jalapeños are just the right spice for your morning!

Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño peppers
  • 4 Eggland's Best Eggs (large)
  • 1/3 cup Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites
  • 6 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
  • 3/4 cup Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients.

Whisk whole eggs and egg whites until blended; pour into large nonstick skillet.
 
Cook on medium heat 2 to 3 min. or until soft set, stirring occasionally.
 
Spoon eggs onto tortillas; top with cheese, tomato mixture and cilantro. Fold in half and enjoy!
