1 Large Eggland's Best Egg
1 Can low sodium black beans can (15 oz)
1 cup cooked Quinoa
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together using a fork then form 4 equal patties.
- Grill for 10 minutes (can use use a cast-iron skillet)
