This is the perfect cocktail for the holiday season! Eggland's Best Egg Whites are the perfect ingredient for a holiday treat, and because they are pasteurized they are safe to use right out of the carton in beverages!

1.5 oz your choice of whiskey

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

0.75 oz simple syrup

1.5 oz Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites


  1. Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  2. Dry shake these ingredients in the cocktail shaker to make sure the egg whites foam up nicely.
  3. Garnish with your choice of cinnamon sticks and spices and enjoy!
