Egg White French Toast
Low-fat and delicious, our Egg White French Toast is perfect for any meal of the day.

- 1/2 cup Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 slices whole-grain bread
Spray a 12-inch non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
Combine egg whites, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon and mix well.
Coat each slice of bread evenly on each side with egg white mixture; place in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown; repeat with remaining bread.
Serve with your favorite syrup or fruit preserves.
