6 Eggland’s Best Eggs Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs

1 Avocado

2 stalks celery, chopped

2 tbsp chives, chopped

1 tbsp mustard


  1. Remove skin from the avocado and discard the pit. Using a fork, mash avocado.
  2. Roughly chop hard-cooked eggs.
  3. Combine all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and mix thoroughly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
