These creamy custards are delicious and indulgent. They are full of strawberry flavor in every bite! They are pink-hued which add a fun touch to any brunch!

Ingredients

3/4 cup half and half (or use whole milk)

1/2 cup sugar

3 Eggland's Best eggs, large

4 tbsp butter, melted and slightly cooled

1/2 cup flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries powder

To Serve:

Fresh strawberries

Chocolate syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brush or spray 6 ramekins with melted butter.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend for a minute to combine well.
  4. Pour into the ramekins. You can add fresh sliced strawberries if you wish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is just a bit jiggly.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with chocolate sauce and extra strawberries.
