Coaches Deviled Eggs
Adding bacon to the classic Deviled Egg gives these eggs a delicious, salty crunch.

- 24 large Eggland's Best eggs, hard cooked
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 10 slices Bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
Peel hard cooked eggs and slice in half.
Remove yolk center and mix yolks and remaining ingredients in medium bowl, except bacon, beat till creamy then fold in bacon, fill empty egg white halves; serve up and watch them disappear.
