This is my Easter morning favorite! Nothing beats an easy breakfast recipe! It requires some creativity, you'll create a hole in the center of a slice of bread and cook an egg sunny-side up in the hole while toasting the bread. I like to use a mason jar to create the hole, but you can use whatever is handy. Enjoy!

Make This Recipe

Ingredients

2 slices of bread

2 Eggland's Best large eggs

4 tbsp butter

Preparation

1. Make a circular hole in the center of a slice of bread. You can use a cookie cutter or anything else that's handy.

2. Apply butter to one side of the bread.

3. Fry the bread in a non-stick pan for 2 mins with the buttered side up and then flip over.

4. Crack open an egg and gently place the egg in the center of the circle you made in the bread.

5. Fry for 2 mins.

Repeat the above steps as desired to yield more servings.
