Hibiscus Gin Fizz
A refreshing gin cocktail featuring hibiscus and Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites.
Make This Recipe
2 oz Gin
1 oz Hibiscus Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
2 Tblsp. Eggland's Best 100% Egg Whites
- Add the gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice and egg whites into a shaker. Dry Shake.
- Add 4 cubes of ice. Shake, shake, shake until ice is melted about (3-4 minutes).
- Pour into a tall glass. (Do not strain)
- Top with soda water to raise the foam. Garnish and enjoy!
