Ingredients

1 Eggland's Best egg white

2 oz Whiskey

Juice from 1 lemon

½ oz simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Garnish: maraschino cherry & lemon slice

Preparation

  1. Combine all of your ingredients in a shaker the dry shake (shake without ice)
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. In a glass, strain over fresh ice
  4. Garnish and serve
