Ingredients

6 Eggland's Best Eggs, hard boiled and halved

6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and cut into halves

6 small lettuce pieces (romaine or butter lettuce)

6 cherry tomatoes, sliced

Salt & pepper, to taste

6 cocktail picks or toothpicks

Preparation

  1. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Layer lettuce, tomato, and bacon between two egg halves.
  3. Secure each with a cocktail pick.
