Ingredients

1 loaf brioche bread

3 Eggland's Best eggs, large

3 tbs. milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 tsp. cinnamon

pinch of salt

2 tbs. butter, melted

3 tbs. sugar

Preparation

  1. Slice each brioche into 3-4 strips to create “sticks.”
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ½ tsp cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Dip each brioche stick into the egg mixture, ensuring it's well-coated.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with melted butter.
  6. Place the French toast sticks in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and the rest of the cinnamon.
  9. Once the sticks are done, brush them with melted butter and immediately roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
