Caramelized Banana Chocolate Croissant Bread Pudding

Craving some comfort food? Swap out your average bread cubes for buttery chocolate croissants and add deliciously caramelized bananas to this bread pudding for an elevated dessert that’s still so simple to make at home. This sweet treat is sure to be a hit with the whole family!
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup caramelized banana
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Eggland’s Best Eggs (large)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 5 cups cubed chocolate croissant
- 3/4 stick unsalted butter, melted
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together cream, milk, sugar, Eggland’s Best Eggs, salt and spices. Set aside.
- Toss chocolate croissant cubes with butter in another bowl, then add spices and toss to coat.
- Transfer to an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish and bake until custard is set, 25 to 30 minutes.
