Cheese and Ham Quiche

Ingredients
1 unbaked premade pie crust
6 Eggland’s Best eggs, large
¾ cup milk
1 cup cooked ham, cubed
1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
2 green onion sprigs, sliced
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Unroll the premade pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie pan. Use your fingers to crimp the edges for a decorative finish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Sprinkle the ham, 1 cup of shredded cheese, and green onions evenly over the crust. Pour the egg mixture on top. Finish by sprinkling the remaining ½ cup cheese over the surface.
- Bake for 40 minutes, until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
