Chocolate Banana Muffins

Who doesn't love chocolate and banana?! Now you can have them for breakfast or for an afternoon snack in a muffin! They are easy to make and so delicious!

Ingredients

2 over-ripe bananas

6 TBSP melted butter

½ cup brown sugar

1/3 cup Eggland's Best 100% Liquid Egg Whites

¼ TSP salt

1 TSP vanilla extract

2/3 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup chocolate chips

5 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder

1 TSP baking soda

Preparation

  1. Mash bananas in a medium bowl. Add and mix melted butter, brown sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, egg whites, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
  2. Divide batter between 12 prepared muffin liners
  3. Bake for 5 minutes at 425°F before turning the oven temperature down to 350°F. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes
  4. Enjoy!
