Chocolate Chip Cookies w/ Festive Sprinkles
Bring the color to your next gathering this summer with these yummy Red, White, and Blue chocolate chip cookies!
Ingredients
3/4 c butter, melted
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c granulated sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
1 3/4 c all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 c white chocolate chips
Festive sprinkles (color of your choice)
Preparation
- In a medium size bowl; combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well mixed. Add 1 egg + 1 egg yolk, vanilla bean paste and mix until fully combined.
- Add in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Add chocolate chips. Scoop cookie dough into 2 oz balls. Chill dough for at least 30 mins. Before baking, generously add festive sprinkles to the top of each cookie.
- Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes
