Coaches Deviled Eggs
These elevated deviled eggs take the classic favorite to the next level with a creamy, tangy filling and a topping of crispy bacon for a salty crunch. Easy to make and full of bold flavor, they’re the perfect appetizer for holidays, parties, or anytime you want to impress with a simple twist.
Ingredients
24 large Eggland's Best eggs, hard cooked
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Horseradish
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
10 slices Bacon, crisp cooked and crumbled
Preparation
- Peel hard cooked eggs and slice in half.
- Remove yolk center and mix yolks and remaining ingredients in medium bowl, except bacon, beat till creamy then fold in bacon, fill empty egg white halves; serve up and watch them disappear.
