Colorful Waffle Cones

Ingredients
2 Eggland’s Best Large Egg Whites
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
Pinch of kosher salt
5 TBSP butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp butter extract
2/3 cup flour
Preparation
- Whisk together egg whites & cream until combined. Add sugar & salt, whisk for 1 minute. Add in melted butter & extracts, whisk together. Finally add in your flour and mix JUST until combined.
- Divide the batter evenly and add gel food coloring for desired colors, then place into piping bags.
- Pipe onto the center of a pre-heated waffle cone maker and cook according to maker’s instructions.
- Once ready, carefully remove (they will be HOT) and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Working quickly, use the cone roller to shape and roll your cones, making sure the bottom tip is closed. Let cool, then enjoy!
