Cottage Cheese Protein Waffles
Cottage cheese protein waffles are easy, healthy and the perfect back to school breakfast recipe! Just put the ingredients in a blender, waffle it up and add your toppings!
Ingredients
1 Eggland's Best egg, large
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup Whey Casein Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (or AP Flour)
Preparation
- Preheat waffle iron and grease with oil spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour half batter into waffle iron and cook 2-3 minutes until done. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Top with berries, nuts and maple syrup.
